The Private Mentoring Program is based around an annual strategy that is determined through consultation with your mentor. Areas covered include marketing, annual budget and cash flow, branding, recruitment, retention, how to engineer an experience and developing your expertise!
Each month through a combination of face to face, online and phone support you work on specific projects gaining insight, direction and focused support from Andrew May.

4 different gold programs
There are four different programs to choose from as a Gold member. For more information on each individual program, please click on the links below.
- PMP Platinum is a 12 month program with monthly one-on-one mentoring sessions.
- PMP Anchor is a 12 month program with quarterly one-on-one mentoring sessions.
- 6 Figure Group Mentoring is a 6 month program with private and group mentoring sessions.
- Studio Overhaul is an intensive one-on-one day plus follow up session.
In these sessions you work through your plan and scope up additional activities, create specific solutions and anchor your ideas into hard action plans.
